Acceptable Use

You may use AdGen AI to create AI-generated video content for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or misleading.
• Use other people's likeness without their consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

Credits & Purchases

Credits are purchased through the Apple App Store and are non-transferable. Credits do not expire. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We automatically refund credits for failed generations caused by server errors.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the output videos you generate. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested video.

Disclaimer

AdGen AI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results from AI generation. Output quality may vary based on input video quality and AI model performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdGen AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
