How do credits work?
Each credit generates one AI video. Credits never expire — use them at your own pace. You can purchase credits in packs of 5, 20, 50, or 100 from inside the app. Credits are added instantly after purchase.
My video generation failed — what happened to my credit?
If your video fails due to a technical error on our side, your credit is automatically refunded to your account. You can check your credit balance in the app. If a refund wasn't applied, contact us at digiforcebusiness@gmail.com with your job ID.
Why do I hear my original voice instead of the AI voice?
Make sure your recorded video has clear audio with no background noise. The app transcribes your speech using AI and re-synthesizes it in your chosen voice — if the audio is too noisy or silent, it falls back to your original audio. Try recording in a quiet environment.
What video format should I record in?
Record in portrait mode (9:16) on your iPhone for best results. The app supports any standard iPhone video — 1080p or 4K. Videos are automatically compressed before uploading. Keep videos between 5 and 30 seconds for optimal results.
How do I cancel or get a refund for my purchase?
AdGen AI uses one-time credit purchases (not subscriptions). Refund requests are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For any issues, also feel free to contact us directly.
Can I use AdGen AI commercially?
Yes. Videos generated with AdGen AI can be used for commercial purposes including paid ads, brand content, and agency deliverables. You retain the rights to the output videos you generate.
Why is Sign in with Apple not working?
Make sure you are running iOS 13 or later and that your Apple ID has two-factor authentication enabled (required by Apple for Sign in with Apple). If you continue to have issues, try signing in with Google or email instead, then contact support.
How long does video generation take?
Video generation typically takes 3–8 minutes depending on server load. You'll receive a push notification as soon as your video is ready. You can close the app while it processes — we'll notify you when it's done.
Can I choose different output ratios?
Yes. AdGen AI supports three output formats: 9:16 Portrait (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), 16:9 Landscape (YouTube, Facebook), and 1:1 Square (Instagram feed, Twitter). Select your ratio before generating.
Is my video data stored on your servers?
Source videos are temporarily stored in Firebase Storage for processing and automatically cleaned up after generation. Generated videos are stored so you can access them from your history. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
