By downloading, installing, or using the ServePoint application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ServePoint is a professional point-of-sale application designed for restaurants, cafés, and food service businesses. The App provides order management, kitchen display, inventory tracking, sales reporting, and real-time device synchronization.
ServePoint offers a monthly subscription ("ServePoint Pro") that unlocks all premium features:
Billing: ServePoint Pro is billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) according to their respective refund policies.
You must create an account to use ServePoint. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at digiforcebusiness@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated data from our servers. Business data stored locally on your device is not affected.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of ServePoint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServePoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where ServePoint operates.
